Location Seattle, WA, United States
Date May 20th to 24th, 2019
ChefConf is the largest gathering of the Chef community, featuring state of the art content from teams leading the way to becoming more fast, efficient and innovative with their technical practices. ChefConf features stories from some of the world's largest companies, sharing how they've become more agile, more competitive, and more effective technically through the use of automation tools like Chef's Automate, Habitat, and InSpec products. The Chef community hails from all over the world and includes dozens of industries - from healthcare, to transportation, to government, to plucky startups. It reflects the overall technical industry it draws from, though, and is not as diverse as it could and should be. For the past several years we have offered full conference passes to members of our community from groups typically underrepresented in technology. We are happy to be able to do so again this year. If you are familiar with our projects, or willing to learn about the cutting edge of application, security, and infrastructure automation, please join us. This year we’ll be in Chef’s hometown of Seattle, Washington! We’re excited to have this event in Seattle and we would love to share it with you.
Directions for applicants
